Alright, as much as I would like to reduce the number of categories there should be in the Language Arts file, I suppose I can only compromise by reducing it to these following sections:

1. Grammar
2. Comprehension(Reader response)
3. Literature(Macbeth and stuff)
4. Exam papers (Includes the explanation text)

I hope that with lesser sections, it would be less time consuming for you. I apologise for the delayed announcement of the sections involved, reason being, I still have no idea where my Language Arts file is.
