How class funds are used
Since many of e 2J-ians are complaining abt e treasurers collecting another round of class funds of only $1/= (._.), I'm gonna post here abt how class funds are used. (Yes, it's an explanation how/why, LOLS.)
5 January 09- In: $34/=, Out: NIL, Balance: $34/=
13 January 09- In: NIL, Out: $0.90/= (Double Sided Tape 4 notice board, claimed by Welfare leader Kelvin), and Balance: $33.10/=
13 January 09- In: NIL, Out: $1.15/= (Photocopy of class contact list and seating plan, claimed by Chairperson Chen Fang), and Balance: $31.95/=
14 January 09- In: NIL, Out: $1.70/= (Speech card and scotchtape 4 e CNY lanterns, claimed by Xu Xi), and Balance: $30.25/=
14 January 09- In: NIL, Out: $2.80/= (Rayon Fringes 4 e CNY lanterns, claimed by Geok Ting), and Balance: $27.45/=
So as U c, we nid 2 collect another $1/= per person 4 e cake N other purposes (in case any1 want 2 claim anything used 4 e class), as e cake costs $28.00/= and we nid 2 have spare $$$ just in case there's anything. Also, if e Birthday Babies wanna celebrate birthdays again with cakes, we nid e $$$ 2. So by collecting this mth, Feb, we do not nid 2 collect again 4 e next mth (hopefully).
